The kingdom of Miras hereby submits for your review an offer for employment under the banner of Lord Baron Raam Miras. The term of the contract is one year, though the contract may be terminated at any time with cause at the request of the Baron. The contract may be reviewed and renewed annually upon approval of both parties.
As an operative of the Baron you will be required to:
- · Swear loyalty to the Baron and Kingdom
- · Provide martial support in service of the Baron, the Kingdom and its armed forces against enemies both foreign and domestic
- · Participate in exploratory missions (focusing on martial support) to map and claim the lands bordering the kingdom as per the charter of the Kingdom of Miras
- · Provide services as a consultant on matters of military strategy, at the request of the Baron

As compensation for your services you will receive the following:
- · A monthly monetary stipend allowing for the support of your household and lifestyle (Details on the calculations are included in Exhibit A to this contract)
- · One part equal share of any spoils of war/exploration recovered during service to the Baron
- · Status as a full citizen of the City of Stagfell and the Kingdom of Miras
- · Consideration for future leadership opportunities within the governing body as they present themselves.
