The Tempest, a +2 Adamantine Scimitar, is now owned by the Magus Fey Champion Baron Raam Miras. It is an ancient first world blade and is one of a set of three magical blades. One other, the Thornblade is owned by Sir Balian Shrike, Lord General. The identity and location of the third blade is unknown.
The Tempest is said to be a blade that reveals new abilities as its owner grows in power. Its black adamantine blade is as keen as a razor and never requires sharpening.
